Pricing
Priced per investigation, because that is what costs money.
Your first investigation is free — run it before you decide whether the output is worth paying for. After that you are buying analysis volume, not seats or storage. All prices in INR, and the price shown is exactly what you pay.

Questions worth answering first
What counts as one investigation?
One completed analysis run on one ad version — the vision passes over your creative and rejection notice, the landing-page fetch, the rule scan and the reasoning pass that produces the report. Re-analysing after you edit the ad is a second run, because the whole pipeline executes again. Runs that fail are never counted.
Why is there a limit at all?
Because every investigation costs real money to produce. A single run reads your creative, your landing page and the policy corpus through Claude Opus 5, and that spend is per-investigation, not per-account. The included volumes are set from measured cost with headroom, so the number on the card is a number we can actually serve.
What happens when I run out?
Nothing is deleted and nothing is hidden. Existing cases and reports stay readable — you simply cannot start a new run until the allowance resets or you move up a plan. Same when a paid plan lapses: the account drops to the free allowance with all its history intact.
Is there any tax added at checkout?
No. The price shown is exactly what you pay — nothing is added at checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay on Oye Media’s merchant account.
Can I get a refund?
Yearly plans are refunded for unused complete months, and a single investigation is refundable if the analysis never produced a report. The details, including what is not refundable, are in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Does a paid plan improve my odds of approval?
No, and no plan should be sold that way. MARIA diagnoses what most likely contributed to a rejection and what the evidence cannot settle. Nobody outside Meta can promise approval or reinstatement, and a report that did would be worth less, not more.
